1. Services

The Rising offers retreats, events, coaching, and related programs. Some services may require a discovery call before booking; others may be paid directly via Stripe.

2. Registration & Accounts

You may need to create an account or register. You agree to provide accurate info and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments may be required upfront or via deposit.

Refund and cancellation terms are provided per event.

If we cancel a retreat, you will receive a refund or credit as specified.

4. SMS / Messaging Terms

SMS messages are sent only with your opt-in consent.

Opt-out anytime by texting STOP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

Standard carrier/data rates may apply.

Must be 18+ to participate in SMS program.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or act unlawfully. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our site and materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials are owned or licensed by The Rising / SK Collective. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our site. Continued use of our services means you accept updated Terms.
