Over her 20+ year career, she has advised leaders across industries including automotive, telecom, B2B, DTC, and travel, from startups to Fortune 500s .
She created The Rising to provide what she wished she had as an executive: a space for ambitious leaders to pause, reset, and rise without burning out.

Why I Started The Rising
I built The Rising because, as an executive myself, I felt something was missing. I’d hit milestones and titles—but I still craved clarity, alignment, and a community who saw me beyond the role. I realized many high-achieving leaders don’t get taught how to lead well or well-being. That’s what I wanted to fix.
